Super fast and responsive to email, I messaged them to say it's taking to long, essentially I had made the mistake not them but they dispatched it earlier for me and I got it in time!

The quality is absolutely fantastic. It arrived within 2-3 days, which is crazy fast for a custom order. The box design was really nice, all packaging was sustainable (no plastic, all cardboard), it came with branded stickers as well as cable ties and an orange air freshener to help reduce the smell of the rubber. I am 100% buying more later as I am using them as backgrounds for top-down video shots of my desk.

That was potentially the quickest delivery I have ever had for something custom, the mat is high quality and has proper stitched edge..print quality was great and having it arrive in some nice packaging rather than a plastic bag was just the cherry on top really. I've definitely found my new go to for desk pads, I've already ordered another for my partner.
