Copyright & IP Claims – Technically Stable

Copyright & IP Claims

Where we stand

Technically Stable is built on artwork — our own designs and those of the partner artists we work with. That only works if everyone's rights are respected. We do not tolerate infringement of copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, and every artist who sells through our store is expected to upload only work they created themselves or have the right to use.

Reporting an infringement

If you believe a design sold on technicallystable.com infringes your intellectual property rights, we want to hear from you — and we will deal with it quickly. Please submit your report here, or email us at hello@technicallystable.com, and include:

  • Your name and contact details, and whether you are the rights holder or acting on their behalf
  • Details of the work you believe is being infringed — a title, description, registration number or a link to the original
  • Links to the product listing(s) on our site that you are reporting
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, their agent or the law
  • A statement that the information in your report is accurate

What happens next

We review every report promptly. Where a claim is valid, we will remove the listing from our store. Artists who repeatedly infringe the rights of others will have their work permanently removed and will no longer be able to sell through Technically Stable. We may share the substance of your report with the artist concerned so they have the opportunity to respond.

If your work was removed

If you are an artist and believe your design was removed from our store in error, contact us with evidence that you hold the rights to the work, and we will review the decision.
